While most massage clinics require a 24 hour cancelation notice, I have chosen to remain, in general, more flexible. I understand that life happens, and most people are thoughtful of my time as much as their own.

Please allow me of at least a six hour notice of any same day cancelation.

A minimum of two hours’ notice is required for all appointment cancellations or changes. Cancellations made with less than two hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments (no-shows), will be charged the full session fee. Please be mindful of your scheduled appointment time.

While automated reminders are provided as a courtesy, it is your responsibility to remember your appointment. Technical issues with reminders will not excuse missed sessions.
